The latest SPRINT roadshow event was held at The Open University’s campus in Milton Keynes on 2 April 2019. Local businesses, partners and University academics were able to explore how SMEs could engage with The Open University through the SPRINT programme to access space-enabled research, expertise and facilities.
Raymetrics, one of the world’s largest atmospheric LIDAR (LIght Detection And Ranging) manufacturers, has signed up to the UK-wide SPRINT programme to access space expertise and facilities from the University of Leicester for the development of new laser-based detection solutions for atmospheric monitoring.
