The University of Leicester was one of the key founders of the Millennium-funded National Space Centre (NSC), located just a few miles from the University campus. We continue to work closely with the NSC on outreach and education projects including the National Space Academy and the Space Apprenticeship scheme. Members of the University sit on both the NSC Operating Company and Trustee boards.
